Mindfulness (walking)

Brief Instructions:

1. Turn your attention to each step you take

2. Feel the ground against your feet

3. As you continue to walk feel your body taking each step

4. Continue to experience the awareness of each step you take


This method is great for when you're walking around. It helps to
live in the moment of each and every step.
