Mindfulness of the Breath (sitting)

Brief Instructions:

1. Sit comfortably

2. Take a few deep breaths

3. Relax and observe your natural breathing pattern

4. When your mind wanders return your awareness 
    to the breath


A key component of meditation is continually returning your 
awareness to your breath despite various distractions. 

Take it as a challenge and have fun with it. Like any other 
activity, you will get better with practice :)
