How to meditate (mindfulness style):

   1. Sit comfortably
       Closing your eyes might help

   2. Take a few deep breaths

   3. Relax and observe your natural breathing pattern

   4. When your mind wanders return your awareness
       to the breath

   5. Take the feelings of awareness and serenity found in 
       meditation with you in other areas of your life
       This is the best part! 

The practice of continually returning your awareness to your breath (despite distractions) is a key component of meditation.

Take it as a challenge and have fun with it. Like any other
activity, you will get better with practice :)
